ServiceChannel and Observe Integration
This integration combines ServiceChannel's asset data and work order functionality with Accruent Observe's asset sensor solution. Observe tracks asset sensor data for the sites managed in ServiceChannel, automatically creating work orders when this data indicates an issue. Observe sensor data then ensures technicians fix the alarm that raised the work orders before closing them.
Work Orders
Work orders created in ServiceChannel via Observe sensor alarms are tagged with asset information, helping you manage priorities, trades, categories, provider assignments, NTEs, and other information for effective triaging. As sensor data changes on an asset, it syncs into work orders already created in ServiceChannel, keeping technicians in the know en route to service the asset and confirming that the issue that raised the alarm initially is actually fixed before closing the work order.
The integration leverages ServiceChannel's ability to group work orders for similar issues and updates their priority so a single technician can address multiple problems efficiently.
Locations
Location information syncs bidirectionally between ServiceChannel and Observe, keeping all location and site information consistent across both applications.
Assets
You can configure asset data to sync bidirectionally between ServiceChannel and Observe so that asset updates reflect in both applications in real time.
